𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘦 is the long-awaited Cantaloupe Music debut from Grand Band, the only professional piano sextet in the US. Impeccably recorded in concert for Montclair State University’s PEAK Performances program, the album features four pieces by four different composers, with each member of the group adding their individual flair to a rich, dynamic performance that amplifies the bold, audacious notion of presenting six grand pianos on a single stage.
The PEAK Performances live audio recording was produced by the Office of Arts and Cultural Programming at the Alexander Kasser Theater on February 14th, 2020 at Montclair State University (Jedediah Wheeler, Executive Director). Edited, mixed and mastered by Nick Lloyd at Firehouse 12, New Haven, CT
